NorthLakes Community Clinic is a Federally Qualified Community Health Center that operates 15 clinics in 15 communities throughout 12 counties in Wisconsin. We are dedicated to providing primary medical, dental, and behavioral health services to the people in northern Wisconsin, regardless of their insurance status or ability to pay. That's why we offer a sliding fee scale based on income for those who qualify. We are deeply committed to our communities and are actively involved in initiatives such as providing dental and behavioral health services in schools, taking dental care to nursing homes, and working with WIC – Women, Infants, and Children.
