Northwest Side Community Development Corporation, a subsidiary of Northwest Side Housing Center, is dedicated to preserving affordable housing, preventing displacement, and providing business development assistance to local small businesses in the Northwest Side and Belmont Cragin neighborhoods of Chicago, IL. Founded in 2019, the organization builds upon a fifteen-year mission of addressing the community's needs. In collaboration with over 600 residents and 30 local institutions, the Belmont Cragin Quality of Life Plan identified major needs in affordable housing, businesses, and jobs.

As a response to these needs, the Northwest Side Community Development Corporation was established. Their impactful work includes rental counseling, business support, organizing, and placemaking.
