NYCETC (New York City Employment and Training Coalition) is the leading voice of New York's workforce development community. Founded in 1997, we are the largest city-based workforce development association in the country, comprised of over 220 members. Our mission is to create job opportunities and connect underserved New Yorkers to these opportunities, including individuals of color, those with low or moderate incomes, and those facing multiple barriers to employment.

We believe in empowering communities by providing access to education, training, and employment. Our members have collectively provided jobs for over 600,000 New Yorkers, enabling them to support their families and contribute to their communities. We also organize events and conferences to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing in the field of workforce development.
