Oahe Child Development Center, home to Early Head Start and Head Start programs, is committed to providing comprehensive services to children and families in the community. Governed by the Policy Council and Board of Directors, the center ensures that the needs of both programs are met effectively. The Policy Council, comprising representatives from Early Head Start and Head Start, actively participate in committees and provide updates at parent meetings.

All enrolled parents are part of the parent committee, fostering a collaborative environment. The Board of Directors, including community members with diverse expertise, holds monthly meetings to oversee the center's operations. With a focus on inclusivity and community representation, Oahe CDC strives to offer a nurturing environment where children can thrive.
