OC Human Relations is a private, non-profit organization with a mission to foster mutual understanding and eliminate prejudice, intolerance, and discrimination in Orange County. Founded in 1991, OC Human Relations collaborates with schools, corporations, cities, and foundations to develop and implement proactive human relations programs. These programs include an award-winning inter-group and violence prevention program in schools, as well as conflict resolution programs and inter-group relations initiatives in communities throughout Orange County.

Guided by a diverse Board of Directors and a Community Partners Advisory Board comprised of executives from major corporations and institutions, OC Human Relations is dedicated to making Orange County a better place for all people. They focus on building community through fostering respect, addressing bias and prejudice, resolving conflict, and developing diverse leaders. With over 30 years of experience, OC Human Relations brings together people of different backgrounds to tackle critical human relations issues.

Their programs reach over 50,000 Orange County residents each year and depend on the support of individuals, businesses, and corporations to make a significant impact in the community
