Oakland Livingston Human Service Agency (OLHSA) is a Community Action Agency that has been dedicated to combating poverty since its formation in 1964 as part of President Lyndon B. Johnson's War on Poverty. Operating in Oakland and Livingston Counties, OLHSA provides tailored support to individuals and families, helping them overcome the challenges of poverty.

They offer individually tailored, wrap-around assistance for all residents in need, aiming to remove the burdens of poverty and create lasting change. As a member of the national network of Community Action Agencies (CAA), OLHSA collaborates with other CAAs to reduce the causes and conditions of poverty.
