Their miso paste is crafted with attention to detail, taking cues from microbreweries in Japan.
Fermented for 6 months to 2 years, their miso captures the unique flavors of different regions. Omiso also offers instant miso soup made from their in-house miso blended with high-quality locally-sourced miso. With flavors ranging from traditional to bold, such as Tororo, Nori, Goma, Italian Garlic, and Pink Peppercorn, they provide a taste experience that can be enjoyed anywhere.
Additionally, their vegan and gluten-free cookies are made with Omiso paste, rice flour, raw coconut, flax seeds, and vegan chocolate, resulting in a refreshingly addictive, savory taste. The brand prides itself on using quality ingredients, hand-picked koji rice for fermentation, fresh spring water, and the best organic soybeans in the US.
