Founded in 1987, the Orillia Business Women's Association (OBWA) is a non-profit organization based in Orillia, Ontario. The OBWA aims to provide a safe and welcoming space for women to network, build relationships, showcase their businesses, learn from others and guest speakers, establish support, and have fun. Whether you're a business owner or not, all women are welcome to join the OBWA.

The OBWA offers various services and opportunities to its members, including monthly meetings, an online directory of member businesses, sponsorship options, and online payment options for convenience. Additionally, the association recognizes outstanding women and young women through the Woman of the Year and Young Woman of the Year awards. The OBWA also maintains an archive of past recipients and hosts the annual gala to honor and celebrate these exceptional individuals.

To simplify the membership process, the OBWA has implemented changes, bringing back the annual membership fee of $100, due on or before September 1, 2022, and expiring on August 31, 2023.
