Oregon Primary Care Association (OPCA) is a non-profit membership association representing federally qualified health centers (FQHCs) and look-alikes in the state of Oregon. With a mission to achieve health equity for all Oregonians, OPCA provides data-driven insights, shapes health policy, and offers technical assistance to community health centers. These centers deliver integrated primary care, including dental and behavioral health services, to over 430,000 Oregonians.

In addition to primary care, health centers also provide services that address the social determinants of health, such as job training, literacy education, and access to affordable housing and healthy food. OPCA leads the transformation of primary care, ensuring that patients receive comprehensive and equitable care.
