Our grocery shopping fee is transparent and fair - $25 for total grocery shopping amounting to $250 or less, and 10% for total grocery shopping over $250. If you're shopping from multiple stores, there's a small additional fee of $10 for each additional store.

And for all orders, there's a delivery fee of $15 (please note that the cost of groceries is not included in the fees). At Ottawa Shoppers, we accept various payment methods such as cash, interac email transfer, debit, and credit cards. Once our shoppers are done, we'll send you an image of the receipt and the shopping and delivery fee details so that you can arrange for payment.

Not only do we provide grocery shopping and delivery services, but we also offer other convenient options. We can go to the corner store for you and deliver items like milk, snacks, and cigarettes (valid ID required for tobacco products). If you need beer, wine, or other alcoholic drinks, we can purchase and deliver those too (valid ID required).

We're also available for pharmacy pick-up and delivery. For weekly household groceries, simply send us your shopping list in advance, and we'll shop for you at your preferred grocery store or Costco. If you're in need of hardware materials for renovations or repairs, just provide us with the details, and we'll do the shopping and deliver them to your doorstep.

Additionally, we offer package pick-up and drop-off services for your convenience. If you have a package that needs to be shipped or dropped off at the post office, we can take care of that. We can also assist with propane tank exchanges, dry cleaning drop-offs and pickups, and other errands within Ottawa.
