The Oxygen Project is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in St. Louis, MO. Our mission is to empower youth to navigate everyday stress and major life challenges with resilience and calm through the practice of yoga and mindfulness techniques.

Our strengths-based and trauma-sensitive programming focuses on promoting physical and mental health, positive behavior, and healthy relationships. We offer a range of services to support our mission. This includes regular yoga programming for youth in schools and community organizations, as well as yoga classes and professional development opportunities for teachers and youth service providers.
