Fundación Óyeme, formerly known as Fundación Pro-Débiles Auditivos, is a renowned organization that has been operating since July 1966. It was established by a group of 33 individuals under the presidency of Mr. Juan Winograd.

With its initial focus on benefiting deaf children and adolescents, Fundación Óyeme became the first oral school in Medellín, providing communication and educational alternatives for individuals with hearing disabilities in Antioquia.
