P4K, also known as Partnership 4 Kids, is a leading youth development nonprofit that is dedicated to providing long-term support for the success of young students. Their mission is to engage and inspire students from preschool to graduation by offering individualized support, career exploration, and scholarships. P4K engages students through mentoring, evidence-based programming, and relationship-building.

Their program is built on four pillars: goal setting, group mentoring, postsecondary access, and career exploration.

This organization has a rich history that dates back to 1989 when it was founded by Dr. Gail and Mike Yanney. Since then, P4K has grown and expanded, serving thousands of students in Omaha's public schools and postsecondary institutions.
