The Campaign for Paid Family Leave is a coalition spearheaded by the Connecticut Women's Education and Legal Fund (CWEALF), bringing together over 65 organizations and 100 small businesses. This campaign represents a diverse range of interests, such as women's health, eldercare, workers with serious illnesses, low-wage workers and their families, labor unions, and small businesses. Since 2012, the Campaign has been working tirelessly to advocate for the passage and implementation of a comprehensive system of paid family and medical leave for all workers in Connecticut.

This initiative aims to address the needs of employees with serious illnesses, new parents, and working caregivers, among others. The Campaign for Paid Family Leave offers various resources to support its cause, including a story bank, photo campaign, and news and upcoming events. Additionally, they welcome support from organizations and businesses who are interested in joining their efforts.
