PartnershipLASchools is an independent non-profit organization dedicated to transforming schools and revolutionizing school systems to empower all students with a high-quality education. As one of the largest in-district public school transformation organizations in the United States, they work in collaboration with the Los Angeles Unified School District (LA Unified) under a Memorandum of Understanding. Their innovative transformation model focuses on sustainable and scalable solutions that can be applied not only to their 20 campuses but also to other high-need district schools.

They prioritize working in areas with the greatest need, as determined by the Student Equity Need Index (SENI), which considers factors such as poverty, violence, and access to resources. Partnering with various organizations, community members, and funders, PartnershipLASchools provides a wide range of supports, including social-emotional assistance, health and wellness care, academic interventions, and after-school programming. Their goal is to ensure success beyond what they alone can provide.
