Founded in 2009, they initially focused on vocational services in Louisville and later expanded to include the Bluegrass area, which encompasses Frankfort, Lexington, Versailles, Georgetown, Lawrenceburg, and Richmond, KY. They also serve Bowling Green and surrounding counties.

Path Forward provides a range of services through certifications for the Supports for Community Living and Acquired Brain Injury waivers, including case management, residential support, community living support, respite care, positive behavior support, homemaker services, and personal care. Additionally, they are authorized by the Social Security Administration to work with beneficiaries in the Ticket to Work program, helping individuals transition from cash benefits while retaining medical coverage.
