PEBA (Pulaski Elston Business Association) is a not-for-profit Business Association dedicated to promoting the growth and visibility of new and existing businesses in the Pulaski Elston Business Corridor, located in Chicago IL. As a successful service organization, PEBA works towards creating a united community by fostering positive relationships among the neighborhood, local businesses, and government agencies. One of PEBA's primary goals is to assist in the retention of existing businesses and attract new viable businesses in the Pulaski Elston Business District.

Their services extend from Argyle to the north, the Kennedy to the south, Cicero to the west, and Lawndale to the east, with membership open beyond these points.
