Peterson Group is a renowned family-owned private entrepreneurial company based in Hong Kong. With over 40 years of experience, the company has evolved from a small trading business to a thriving and diversified international group. Peterson's journey began in 1959 when founder Mr. Young Pui Kam, Peter, leased an office desk on Wyndham Street, Hong Kong, and established PJ Young & Co. Initially, the company focused on trading garments and embroidery from China to different parts of the world.

In the early 1980s, Franco Yeung, the son of Mr. Young Pui Kam, joined the business, assisting in building the foundations of Peterson. As the Chairman, Franco Yeung expanded the company from a trading business to manufacturing and other sectors, driving the developments of Peterson Property and Peterson Capital.

In 1983, Peterson ventured into property development, acquiring agricultural land in the New Territories. This marked the beginning of their real estate business. Over the years, Peterson expanded further, establishing its sister company, Peterson Group BC, in Canada.

With a positive view towards China's rapid development, Peterson made its first investment in China in 1995. Collaborating with Chinese partners, they invested in various industrial projects, including diesel engine manufacturing, tile production, and environmental construction material factories. In 2011, Peterson's vision was realized when they sold Shandong Xin Immense Brewery, highlighting their successful investments.

Recognizing opportunities, Peterson entered the hospitality sector in 2002, establishing the hotel management company Rhombus International Hotel Group. Their first self-owned hotel, Hotel LKF, quickly became a popular boutique hotel in Hong Kong. Another notable project, Hotel Panorama, commenced operation in 2008.

Demonstrating their international expansion, in 2012, Peterson entered the United Kingdom's real estate market with Ampersand, their first mixed refurbishment project located in London. Since then, Peterson has invested in multiple projects in London and expanded into Manchester. As a private company, Peterson enjoys the flexibility to adopt various investment strategies across different markets and industries.
