Planned Lifetime Advocacy Network (PLAN) is a non-profit organization founded in 1989 with a mission to enable families to create a good life for people with disabilities. We understand that planning for individuals with disabilities requires effort and intention, which is why we work collaboratively with families to secure the future for their loved ones. Our approach involves building personal support networks, making plans for the future, and fostering relationships within the community.
