Pnueb is an electronic library brand that offers a wide range of resources and services for students of Payam Noor University. The idea of creating this platform came to life in 1386. Recognizing the student-centered approach of Payam Noor University and the need for comprehensive study materials, Pnueb was designed to gather scattered resources such as sample questions, summaries, and course materials in one place.

With the aim of meeting the specific needs of students at all academic levels, including undergraduate, non-continuous undergraduate, and graduate programs, the development and implementation of Pnueb took nearly 3 years. In 1389, Pnueb was born and became the first student website with its own dedicated payment gateway, offering its services. Over the years, Pnueb has undergone three major updates to enhance its services based on valuable feedback and suggestions from users.

Pnueb is also associated with another project by Aputech called Pnupors, a system that provides ticketing and telephone services to address questions and resolve issues for Payam Noor University students. As a reliable and user-friendly electronic library, Pnueb continues to be managed by a dedicated team and remains committed to providing students with a seamless and enriching learning experience
