AO Passazhirskiy Port Sankt-Peterburg Morskoy Fasad is the unified cruise-ferry operator of passenger terminals in Saint Petersburg. The society's infrastructure includes the Passenger Port of Saint Petersburg on the embankments of Vasilyevsky Island, the Marine Station on the Marine Glory Square, and the berthing complexes on Lieutenant Schmidt Embankment and English Embankment. It is the first and only specialized passenger port in the Northwestern region of Russia, with seven berths for cruise liners and passenger ferries.

The construction of the new port began in 2005 and was completed in 2008. The project was realized through a public-private partnership. In 2011, the city acquired 100% of the shares of AO Passazhirskiy Port Sankt-Peterburg Morskoy Fasad.

Over its 12 years of operation, the port has welcomed over 2,600 vessels and 5. 5 million passengers. In 2018, the port acquired the property complex of the Marine Station.

The property complex includes six berths, border and customs control areas, and a seven-story business center. AO Passazhirskiy Port Sankt-Peterburg Morskoy Fasad actively participates in the global cruise market and is a member of various associations. The port has received certifications for its quality management and environmental management systems.
