The studio was founded in 2005 by Amy, a Buffalo, New York native who wanted to connect with her new community in Laguna Niguel. Amy saw the opening of Pure Pilates as fate and decided to combine her background in physical therapy with her passion for Pilates. Heather, a SoCal native and former pastry chef, also found her calling in Pilates after a work injury.

Amy and Heather's complementary personalities and experience led to a great friendship and partnership. Together, they opened their newest location in Rancho Santa Margarita in 2013. Come and experience the ultimate Pilates experience at Pure Pilates
