Pioneer Valley Workers Center is a brand dedicated to organizing, building power, and winning justice for low-wage and immigrant workers in Western Massachusetts. Their mission is to create a society free from exploitation and oppression, where all people have the resources to live happy lives. At Pioneer Valley Workers Center, they strengthen communities, organize workplaces, and take political action to bring about economic and social change for working people.


They prioritize building democratic organizations where all workers have a meaningful voice in important decisions. Their commitment to inclusivity and participation extends to their own workplace, where major decisions are voted on by their membership and member-led board. The team at Pioneer Valley Workers Center includes passionate and dedicated individuals.


Led by Executive Director Claudia Rosales, they work tirelessly to grow their membership base, provide COVID-Relief Solidarity Funds, and educate workers about their rights. Other key members include Associate Director Ari Keigan, Director of Operations and Finance Allie Aguirre, Lead Community Organizer Leninn Torres, and Volunteer and Distribution Coordinator Sarah Takasaki.
