QTU | Tirana, also known as the Universe Shopping Mall, opened its doors in October 2005. Conveniently located just 6km from the city center, it offers a wide range of shopping and entertainment options. With an average of 7.1 million visitors per year, QTU has become the beloved shopping destination for Albanians and the first of its kind in the country. In December 2018, the mall underwent a major renovation, completely reimagining its public spaces and services to better cater to consumer trends and create a new shopping experience. After a 12-month intensive restoration program worth 15 million euros, QTU now boasts a completely renovated interior design, new brands, and services. The mall showcases more spacious areas, ample natural light, a greater number of stores, and expanded entertainment options, such as the renowned Cineplexx cinema and the largest children's corner in the region. QTU is part of the Balfin Group, the largest and most innovative investment group in Albania and one of the biggest in the Balkans.
