Randolph-Sheppard Vendors of America® (RSVA®) is a national membership organization committed to improving economic opportunities for blind vendors/managers. RSVA® promotes independent and effective participation in the Business Enterprise Programs, encouraging the creation of new business opportunities and better working conditions for all vendors. They actively negotiate better merchandise pricing from suppliers for blind and visually impaired vendors/managers.

RSVA® is a volunteer organization composed of blind and visually impaired vendors, as well as individuals who support the Randolph-Sheppard program. State affiliates have also been established to carry out the purposes and programs of RSVA® at the local level. President Scott Eggen and the Board of Directors are dedicated to enhancing the lives of blind individuals by nurturing the growth of blind vendors nationwide.

They strive to bring public awareness to the value of their program, offering employment and business opportunities for the blind and visually impaired. RSVA® also provides the Sagebrush training annually to help members and friends stay updated on current market trends.
