Their journey began in June 2008 when founders Ted and Max met and embarked on various entrepreneurial endeavors.

Eventually, their love for coffee led to the launch of Catimor Ltd, a wholesale coffee company, in June 2015. In October 2016, they were approached by the Ministry of Justice, and this was the birth of Redemption Roasters. Today, their coffee shops are known for serving exceptional flat whites and other delightful brews.

With the relocation of their roastery in 2020, Redemption Roasters has expanded its production capacity and now fulfills several tonnes of expertly roasted coffee each month.
