Red Shawl Women's Community Organization is a volunteer-driven and managed organization based in Mississauga, Ontario. Founded in 2013 by Zari Gill, a Global Health Professional and Social Entrepreneur, Red Shawl aims to improve communities one woman at a time. They believe that when a woman's life improves, families and communities become stronger and more resilient.

The organization offers a range of programs and events designed to support women and young girls in improving their skills, education, and leadership capabilities for the workplace, families, and communities. By enhancing these areas, women can increase their income possibilities, bridge the gender gap, and achieve economic parity. Red Shawl's programs include e-mentoring for women of all ages, a leadership conference, a drive and thrive program, and clothing drives and donations for seniors.

Through their initiatives, Red Shawl has achieved notable accomplishments, such as reducing new cases of women living in poverty, mentoring young women, consulting on women in trades, and launching the first Drive Program. Their logo, depicting a woman casting her mantle or shawl onto another, symbolizes the organization's ethos of sharing resources, courage, growth, and progress. Red Shawl relies on the continued support and synergy from the community to create a lasting impact.
