Since 1990, our mission has been to meet people's needs, find solutions, and change lives. We offer a range of programs and services in 14 counties in Southeastern and Central Indiana.

Our comprehensive case management ensures personalized support, while our job readiness and life skills management programs prepare individuals for successful careers. We provide work experience, job placement, and coaching services to aid in job retention. Furthermore, River Valley Resources serves as a Child Care Development Fund (CCDF) voucher agent in 12 counties, assisting families with quality childcare options.

As a trusted service provider, we have managed over $250 million in federal, state, and local workforce development grants and contracts.
