Our students engage in continuous personal development through coaching and experiential learning. Working as a team, they collaborate to solve problems and deepen their understanding of subjects in a group or community setting. Throughout their journey, they work on real projects, facing real-life issues and challenges, and learn the necessary concepts and skills.

What sets Rokad apart from other schools and academies is our impressive track record. Since 2016, Rokad Institute has organized 26 Startup Weekends and entrepreneurship events with the participation of more than 2,000 teenagers. Additionally, we have designed and implemented various training and skill-building courses in programming, graphic design, website design, video content production, digital marketing, and more.

In 2019, Rokad established the first Startup High School in Mashhad, which, after four years of operation, achieved an employment rate of over 60% among its graduates. We have also launched Rokad Girls' High School in Mashhad since October 2022. With over 2,000 Rokadians nationwide, we have organized 30+ skill training courses, 2 summer college programs, 2 innovation and entrepreneurship academies, 30+ entrepreneurial events and conferences, 4 national events, and we have been recognized and honored in various prestigious settings.

Rokad was selected as the entrepreneurship ambassador by the General Directorate of Cooperation, Labor, and Social Welfare of Khorasan Razavi Province. Additionally, we were awarded the Best Booth title in the exhibition visit category at the Elcomp Exhibition. Our founder, Hamed Arvan, is a highly accomplished individual with a master's degree in entrepreneurship, serving as an advisor to the Director General of Education and Training in Khorasan Razavi Province, Deputy Head of Secondary Education, Deputy Head of Research and Planning in the Education and Training Department of the 2nd Region of Mashhad, Consultant to the Youth Department of the Education and Training Department of the 2nd Region
