Russian River Alliance is a non-profit 501(c)(3) charitable organization that was established in 2012 to succeed Russian River Redevelopment. Composed of local community organizations serving the Guerneville to Cazadero area, the Alliance is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for residents, businesses, and tourists. Their mission is to support the local workforce in times of need to strengthen the community and local economy.

As volunteers, they provide short-term assistance to working individuals and families facing disruptions such as reduced hours, rent increases, or homelessness due to flooding. Additionally, the Alliance takes on a leadership role in addressing key local issues, including equality, air quality, noise ordinances, and road maintenance. They work closely with local law enforcement and county officials to represent the Russian River community’s interests.
