RWQB is a private QB development and mentorship academy based in Seattle, Washington. Our mission at the Russell Wilson QB Academy is to provide the highest level of instruction for quarterbacks of all ages, from NFL to college to high school. We offer cutting-edge training that covers a wide range of skills and techniques, including diagnosing and correcting mechanical flaws, understanding and recognizing fronts and coverages, pocket presence, footwork, and more.

Led by our founder, Super Bowl Champion and NFL Denver Broncos franchise quarterback Russell Wilson, and head coach Jake Heaps, a former NFL QB and member of the Elite 11 coaching staff, our coaching team brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from the NFL and collegiate football. We are committed to not only developing great quarterbacks but also instilling leadership qualities in our athletes, both on and off the field.
