Sarah's Laughter is a faith-based Christian support organization that provides help and guidance to couples struggling with infertility and the loss of a baby. We understand that these burdens can be overwhelming, which is why we offer compassionate support and care throughout your journey. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit public charity, Sarah's Laughter is dedicated to serving individuals of all faiths, as well as those without any religious affiliation.

We conduct faith-based support groups both in-person across the USA and Australia and online through private and secure video chat software. Our support groups cover a range of topics including primary and secondary infertility, pregnancy after infertility and loss, adoption, and a support group specifically for men. Additionally, we organize memorial services to honor the lives of stillborn and miscarried babies, provide support materials for grieving parents, and offer a 49-day Bible reading plan on bible.
