Spring Branch Community Health Center (SBCHC) is a private, non-profit community health center dedicated to providing quality and affordable healthcare services to the underserved and uninsured communities in Spring Branch and West Houston. Established in 2003, SBCHC aims to reduce health disparities by offering comprehensive primary healthcare services that are culturally competent, linguistically appropriate, and client-driven.
