SERV is the house of Flemish social consultation, serving as a meeting place for Flemish employers' organizations (Voka, UNIZO, Boerenbond, and Verso) and workers' organizations (ACV, ABVV, ACLVB). Together, they work on providing advice and agreements on significant socio-economic topics, aiming to promote well-being and prosperity for everyone in Flanders. With a focus on the general policy, labor market, budget and taxation, diversity, economy and innovation, energy and climate, international relations, education and training, and social protection, SERV offers a wide range of services.

They strive to address societal challenges by fostering inclusivity in the workplace and promoting organizational change to ensure a better future.
