Sipar France is an association dedicated to promoting education, book access, and the development of reading habits in Cambodia. Their mission is to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to access books and fight against illiteracy. Sipar offers various programs and services, including promoting reading in schools and for all individuals, mobile libraries, libraries in factories, education in prisons, and book publishing in the Khmer language.

They also provide services such as creating and managing libraries, offering training, and publishing. Sipar has been actively working for 41 years, with 640 libraries or reading spaces in service, benefiting over 380,000 individuals. With 91% of donations directly invested in on-the-ground actions, Sipar is committed to making a lasting impact on education in Cambodia.
