The Spanish American Committee is a longstanding Hispanic nonprofit organization based in Ohio. Since 1966, they have been dedicated to serving the Hispanic community in Cleveland, Cuyahoga County, and Northeast Ohio, acting as a gateway to socioeconomic success for Spanish-speaking individuals and families in the region. The committee offers a range of comprehensive social and economic services to help the community thrive.

Their programs include workforce development, housing education, financial literacy education, and employment training. Additionally, they provide adult education opportunities such as English as a Second Language (ESOL) classes. With over 55 years of experience, the Spanish American Committee has become the longest-operating Hispanic/Latino social services agency in Ohio.

They currently serve over 5,500 disadvantaged individuals and families each year, providing family support, bilingual childcare services, and adult education.
