The process begins with digital capture of the returns, which are then integrated into the inventory while still in the possession of the customer. These sustainable re-toern items are then offered at a discounted price on the product detail page of the online shop for 48 hours. In the case of resale, the original buyer receives a secure digital shipping label containing the address of the new buyer, making the process seamless and efficient.
