Strive Publishing & Bookstore is a brand committed to fostering a world where Black narratives are celebrated, valued, and empowered. They offer a wide range of books, including their own publications as well as other books by Black authors. Strive Publishing aims to address two significant problems: the need for culturally relevant children's books and the underrepresentation of Black authors in the publishing industry.

Their vision is to create a community that collaborates in publishing stories that heal, teach, learn, and earn, while preserving and promoting a rich Black culture and heritage. By working together, they believe we can uplift Black voices in literature and make a substantial impact. Strive Bookstore, located in the Young-Quinlan Building in Minneapolis, Minnesota, provides a physical space for book lovers to explore and access their diverse collection.
