Tanana Chiefs Conference

Tanana Chiefs Conference (TCC) is an Alaska Native non-profit corporation dedicated to serving the health and social service needs of Tribal members and beneficiaries throughout the region. Covering an expansive area of 235,000 square miles in interior Alaska, TCC includes 39 villages, making it a vital organization in the state. TCC offers a range of services to support the well-being of the community.

These services include Administration, Client Assistance, Health Services, and Behavioral Health, among others. The Chief Andrew Isaac Health Center provides comprehensive healthcare, including dental, eye, and pharmacy services. TCC also focuses on wellness and prevention, environmental health, and medical records support.

In addition to their services, TCC is committed to supporting the community through various initiatives. The organization publishes The Council Newsletter, hosts events, and advocates for important issues affecting Tribal members. They also work to address the issue of missing indigenous people in the Fairbanks area.

TCC is actively involved in tribal justice systems, public safety challenges, and the development of a Tribal Community Response Plan for Missing and Murdered Indigenous Persons (MMIP) cases.
