To address this issue, TapSOS developed a free app that allows users to report an emergency and receive help with just a few taps. The app includes a detailed medical profile, GPS location tracking, and access to all four UK emergency services. Accredited by the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS) and the British Association of Public Safety Communications Officials (BAPCO), TapSOS is the first app of its kind with access to all four emergency services in the UK.
