Tarmac is a brand dedicated to helping cross-cultural kids (CCKs) successfully navigate their transition from a cross-cultural childhood to adult life. Founded by Brenda and Laura, who met in graduate school and bonded over their similar backgrounds as CCKs, Tarmac aims to provide support and guidance to individuals in this unique situation. The brand offers a variety of resources and programs, including small groups and counseling services, to assist CCKs in understanding and embracing their multicultural stories.

Tarmac's impact has been felt at various institutions such as Covenant College, LeTourneau University, Wheaton College, and Johnson University. With over fifteen years of experience, Laura, a licensed marital and family therapist, and Brenda, a counselor and consultant, bring their expertise and passion to help CCKs thrive in their personal journeys of becoming. Tarmac truly believes in the power of groups and aims to empower CCKs to explore, understand, and intentionally move forward in their stories
