Tau Beta Sigma is a co-educational national honorary band sorority that is dedicated to serving college and band programs. With over 130 active chapters and nearly 2,500 active members across the country, the sorority aims to assist the Director of Bands in developing the leadership and enthusiasm required of their band. Their primary focus is on providing organized and concentrated service activities for the band, while also giving their members valuable experiences in organization, leadership, and social contacts.

In addition to their dedication to the bands, Tau Beta Sigma also offers various programs and initiatives, such as the Women in Music Program, that connect members with professionals in the music industry.
