TCEC, or Tri-County Electric Cooperative, is a renowned brand committed to safely powering communities with innovation, accountability, and integrity. As a not-for-profit distribution cooperative, TCEC is owned and governed by its members. Serving approximately 12,000 members and over 22,500 meters, TCEC spans across the Oklahoma Panhandle, southwestern Kansas, the northern border of the Texas Panhandle, as well as parts of Colorado and New Mexico.

TCEC provides members with safe, reliable, and affordable electric service, dedicated to improving the quality of life for its members. With nearly 5,000 miles of distribution lines overseen by a dedicated staff, TCEC ensures the seamless provision of electricity to its service areas including Balko, Beaver, Boise City, Elkhart, Felt, Forgan, Goodwell, Guymon, Hardesty, Hooker, Keyes, Texhoma, Turpin, Tyrone, and Yarbrough. As a member of the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association (NRECA) and Touchstone Energy Cooperatives, TCEC actively engages with local chamber of commerce, economic development, and civic organizations.
