The Jennifer Lynn Snyder Teen Heart Foundation is dedicated to creating heart-safe communities and reducing Sudden Cardiac Death in youth. Their mission is to place automated external defibrillators (AEDs) and implement public access defibrillation (PAD) programs. With fifteen years of experience, this foundation has been actively protecting youth from Sudden Cardiac Arrest.

The Foundation grants and installs publicly accessible AEDs on outdoor playing fields through their Community AED Grant Program.
