The Bloom Group is a charitable organization dedicated to responding to the most urgent needs of Vancouver's Downtown Eastside community. With over 60 years of experience, we embrace transformative solutions for resolving pressing and complex challenges. Our mission is to support the most vulnerable people in our community through the provision of housing, health, and social services.

Since our founding in 1961, we have led progressive social services that address homelessness, provide end-of-life care for individuals with mental health challenges and addictions, ensure women-led families in crisis can stay together as they rebuild their lives, and provide financial management for at-risk seniors, among many other initiatives. Our services are inclusive and available to all individuals in need, without conditions. We believe in finding solutions to end poverty and homelessness while building a resilient community.

We put ideas into practice by implementing innovative and scalable initiatives that catalyze long-lasting change. We also collaborate with partners to share expertise and resources, creating broad and impactful change. Our vision is to create a strong and resilient community where all individuals have a stable home and the support to live healthy lives with self-determination.
