The Gathering Place started as a humble endeavor in the basement of Norv and Sharon Skrivseth's home in 2006.

Since then, it has evolved into an expansive establishment housing Sharon's Store, The Bakery, The Coffee Shop, and The Produce Stand. The additions of handmade Amish-built rocking chairs, fabrics, Christian books, and toys have only enhanced the experience. The Coffee Shop, added in 2020, provides a comfortable lounge area for socializing, business meetings, or simply enjoying a latte while getting work done.

And the new Produce Stand offers a variety of grower-direct seasonal fruits and vegetables, ensuring freshness and flavor. The term Gathering Place holds special meaning for the Skrivseth family.
