TulaSalud is a Guatemalan non-governmental organization dedicated to improving healthcare services for the most marginalized rural population in collaboration with the Ministry of Public Health and Social Assistance of Guatemala. With the technical and financial support of the Tula Foundation, TulaSalud focuses on the concept of e-health to address maternal and child morbidity and mortality, malnutrition, and other health-related challenges faced by the underserved rural communities in Guatemala. In line with their mission, TulaSalud offers a range of programs and services.

They provide training for auxiliary nursing personnel, with the current initiative being the formation of auxiliary nurses in 2023. This program is being executed in coordination with the Ministry of Health and Social Assistance and is funded by the Crecer Sano project of the World Bank. Additionally, TulaSalud implements projects such as Mobile Ultrasound and Dry Blood Screening, aimed at improving access to healthcare services in remote areas.
