Originally known as the Columbus Regional Women's Shelter, it was founded by sisters Rickie and Barbara Steeb in Columbus, Indiana. Since then, Turning Point DV has expanded its services and now operates as the Columbus Regional Shelter for Victims of Domestic Violence, Inc.
