UCESC (Union County Educational Services Commission) is a public, non-profit agency located in Westfield, New Jersey. Established in 1969, UCESC provides educational programs and services in response to the needs of its 21 member school districts. The agency operates two alternative high schools and three schools for students with disabilities.

It also directs an Alternative Interim Educational Program and a Special Needs Career Academy within the Union County Vo-Tech School. UCESC teachers provide instruction to students in hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, psychiatric programs, and detention centers across Union County. Additionally, UCESC offers state-mandated services to over 4000 students enrolled in 70 Nonpublic Schools, including speech-language therapy, English as a Second Language instruction, and child study team services.

The agency also provides cooperative purchasing, transportation services, staff development, grant writing, and assistance in meeting state and federal mandates to school districts.
