SGBS UNNATI Foundation (SUF) is a skill-based non-governmental organization (NGO) in India that aims to bring about social transformation by empowering underprivileged youth. Since its inception in 2011, SUF has been committed to equipping and providing employment opportunities to young individuals aged 18-25, who are less educated and unemployed. The UNNATI program, initially launched by SGBS Trust in Bangalore, has expanded nationwide under SUF.

Over the years, the program has successfully trained and placed over 45,000 youths, with a focus on ensuring 100% job guarantee for all participants. UNNATI offers a comprehensive 35-day vocational training and social transformation program. The curriculum includes spoken English language skills, life skills, values, basic computer knowledge, and vocational training tailored to the educational qualifications of the participants.

The program also provides an e-learning platform with specially designed content to enhance employability. By empowering families below the poverty line, UNNATI enables inclusive growth and strives to uplift entire generations from poverty.
